The 12th edition of the Miami River Art Fair, an international, boutique contemporary art fair, will take place at The Penthouse Riverside Wharf the only enclosed rooftop venue in Miami 360 degree views featuring the downtown skyline & lush miami greenery wrap-around outdoor terrace.
This art fair was conceived as a showcase of world-class galleries, artists and SPECIAL projects in a unique location with 15,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor space .

Fair Director | Nina Torres is the Director for Miami River | Art Fair. For over 20 years, Nina Torres has been actively participating in the international art market, specializing in Modern and Contemporary Latin American Art. Nina has curated and overseen over 300 exhibitions at international venues around the world including London, Mexico, Belgium, Spain, The Netherlands, Monaco, Paris, Thailand and the USA with current and upcoming projects in Dubai, Venice, Greece, Singapore, Hong Kong, Austria, Portugal, Barcelona, New York, Marbella, Korea and Berlin.
Nina Torres is currently Director and Chief Curator at Nina Torres Fine Art in Miami, FL, USA. and has partnered with the Miami River Commission to foster and encourage art in public spaces, with the James L. Knight International Center to exhibit for 7 years a permanent collection of international artists from the roster of the gallery , for 3 years opened a permanent exhibition at the Conrad Hotel Miami, and now there is a mural and more paintings in the Paramount on the Bay .
Nina has been awarded in 2012 as Miami Women of Impact, 2013 Top Entrepreneur by Negocios Magazine and the Best 100 Mexicanos en el Exterior, on 2014 was selected as Art Ambassador Damas de Lincoln of Lincoln Motor Company, on 2015 named Honorary Member by Foedus Foundation at the Vatican City during her meeting with Su Santidad Papa Francisco and received a recognition by the International Network of Social Journalism and received the medal of the Academician of Social Sciences IASS. Also she has been featured on several newspapers and Magazines as Art Bahrain, Brickell Magazine, Art Bodega, The Best of Miami on Miami Today and E.20.20 Emprendedores by Miami Diario among others.

The Miami River Art Fair will feature a wide variety of exhibitors:
- Special NFT Projects & Virtual Booths
- Galleries | Professional quality booths will offer a polished platform for galleries to extend their reach to an international audience during Art Basel week.
- Individual Curated Artists | Very limited solo booth. Modeled on the concept of studio visits, artists will be able to network without gallery representation to collectors, curators and art professionals.

The Miami River Art Fair is an art fair that has the revitalization efforts of the Lower Miami River at its core. This landmark event will bring the boom of tourism during Miami’s peak winter art fair season to the Downtown Miami-Brickel areas. In addition, the Miami River Art Fair will prominently feature the Miami River as the focus of all of its programming and events.In partnership with the City of Miami and the Miami River Commission, the Miami River Art Fair will act as a launchpad for the revitalization efforts underway for the Downtown Miami/ Brickell areas and the Lower Miami River.
